A great achievement for our Media team!
The DVB Steering Board has endorsed InterDigital and Kineton’s membership, bringing the number of new Members in 2019 to nine.
Founded in 1993, the DVB Project is an industry-led consortium of the world’s leading media and technology companies working together to design open technical specifications for digital media delivery.
The DVB project currently has more than 200 participants, including broadcasters, network operators, industry and software developers, regulatory bodies from more than 35 countries. It aims to define the standards for the dissemination of television and data services. Services based on DVB standards are present on all continents, and nearly 900 million receivers are in use.
